To know myself better

Do You Shop More Than Most Women

You're a Window Shopper!

You know that shopping's a blast, but you prefer to save your money
You hardly ever give into an impulse buy, unless it's a total steal
You've always got the most money of your friends - and you never have to borrow
And you've got a nice wardrobe too ... of classic pieces that last years!

Are You a Confident Woman?
You're a Confident Chica

You're a total superstar - and you know it
Even if no one else does (in which case you'll remind them)
You hate to admit that you're wrong... even to yourself
Your life is great - and you've thankful for every great thing you have

What Goddess Are You?

You Are Aphrodite!

A total shining star with a ton of admirers
And no wonder: you live life to the fullest!
When things get bad, you can easily take off to a happier place
But occasionally, you need to deal with problems head on

Don't mess with me!

I believe that when one tries to run away from their problem / challenges / obstacle in life, they will face greater trouble in life later or sooner. The problem won't just disapper nor slipped away just like that especially when you tried (many ways) to avoid it. No matter what your reason for avoiding nor ignoring your problem; I can assure you that they will come back to face you again.... just a matter of time.

I felt very accomplished when I (and my keke) recently face our fear with our problematic neighbour. I would say there's no other better way to solve the problem that confronting the 'Indian-coward-neighbour' and get things sorted once and for all!!! I hate it when people dare to do dirty things behind your back but dare not even have the guts to admit it after all!! Like the Chinese saying - you have a loud voice but a coward heart! What a shame for a 40++yer old imatured and bitchy-OBS of four children!!!!

I believe that when you dare to face your enemy (face-to-face, eyes-to-eyes), you already won 60% of your battle with your enemy.... the remining 40% is up to your strategy on how you planned to fight in your battle field. And one thing I've gathered right after the confrontation was I felt more mature and I felt I can accomplished more things in my life. I felt rather fullfilled. A feeling which I've not felt for such a long time......

I hate the feeling of hiding or running away from your fear.... it never bring good feelings to my personal well-being. You have to control your own feeling rather than letting your feeling controlling you. In short, you have to be in control on what you are doing. Never let your enemy control you!! or else you will suffer greatly in your life.... feeling useless and never grown up.

Gardening

On Tuesday, my keke and I have been doing a bit of gardening at our lawn. We've been clearing some of the long coarse grass which have been growing in our garden like mushroom. We've also chopped down some of the branches of the x'ma tree in front of our house. The "bloody-irresponsible-Indian-moron" neighbour have been dumbing all sort of rubbish around the poor x'mas tree and they have not been taking good care of the tree. Well, I've never seen them taking good care of the tree ever since I moved in 2 yrs ago?!!

When I was claring all the branches, I found all sort of rubbish being dumbed over there!! One side of a student sock, broom head, branches from the plant inside the "moron-Indian neighbour" house, tissues, leaves from their house, clothes, uncleaned potteries, etc.. This tree is suppose to be shared and no body should dumb anything there! Well at least if u don't want to take care of it, you don't try to destroy the nature by dumbing all sort of rubbish there..! It is not you house dustbin!!! I felt sorry for the plant that they been mistreated by such less educated fella & irresponsible hog!

Anyway, all in all, I'm satisfied and happy with our hardwork at our garden (I always love a neat and tidy garden). Keke has been doing a lot as well... clearing the drain so that it has a smooth flow and removing all the branches away to be disposed. Me on the other hand, has been having small bruises & scars here and there on my hand... I hurt my little finger thou :'( But I felt satisfied with our hardwork.

Our garden looks more pleasant now and it has also give us a clearer view from the inside as we can see the "moron-big-fat-hog Indian neighbour" are trying to do at our back when we are not watching our home. Now they became very conscious as there's no more blockage and their every behaviour will be monitored through our window from now on. I won't forgive those who come and disturb my peace. I'll give it back to them whatever they have done to my property! I'll pay it back to them double no matterwhat. This I promise u!

Communication and Teamwork Can Help Prevent Feelings of Resentment In A Loving Relationship

Feelings of resentment are easy to overcome, as long as each person is willing to participate in conversation to extinguish these feelings. It is never too late for dialogue with anyone, especially your loved ones, and, most importantly, your partner.

In many cases, couples would benefit from the assistance of a therapist or counselor, to help them get their relationships back on track. It is much easier to repair what was once a loving relationship than to start over: trust me, I have been there before, myself. I recognize today that life is not a scoreboard.

A loving relationship is a combined team effort between two individuals. Loving relationships are not built on careers, business, family heritage, dollars and cents, resentment, or fear. They are built from teamwork: each person contributing and doing his or her best. Practice The Art of Loving daily with love, trust, and respect for one another and enjoy your journey in rising love together.

COWARD

This incident happened again and again… I do not know how to describe his irresponsible attitude towards the “things” happened around him. His reckless attitude put me off always! when this thing happened. I must say he really owns all the negative attitude which both his parents has… IGNORANCE & self praise for the things which happened so coincidently at his luck and he will say that it is his strong point! Same like his idiot parents! There’s none other name for you to call them except the world COWARD!! These people only pick on people who are smaller than them i.e. those who earn less money than them and/or their size smaller than them!!

When a person slap you once, you can say that he did it unintentionally but when he slap you the second time, for a child he will certainly have make his move to avoid or to response to the situation saying “hey! I’m not an idiot but if you hit me again you are going to be sorry for that later…” Well that’s for a child. What happened if it is a grown man? What would you do? I’m sure if it is any of you out there, you have started to make some move in order to make your right to live in this world noticeable!!

But one thing for sure what is going to happen to “him” (who I refer to as coward) is he will think the person did it unintentionally and make no comment about it and at the same time he will feel embarrass (instead of angry or disturb or disrespect etc.) that the person had slap him (???). And I can assure you that if the person slaps him again for the third or fourth times, he will still make no response to that person and still thinks he is unintentional as well. Bear in mind “the person” who slap him here is not even his friends not someone close to him. I’m sure you as reader are wondering what is the heck this guy is thinking about??? Is he an idiot? No! Is he knocked his head somewhere that it is dysfunctional? No! Is he a human being? Yes! Then what is his problem?? I do not know!

These people do not know his own rights and they do not have any direction in life. Which really scares me…. I’m deeply disappointed with him. He is just like his parents… nothing is good in him which I can see he will teach my child next time. I’m really worried….

I’ve also not being me since XXX years because he no longer my guardian angle. He has lost his sparks and he has lost his faith since he left that hell-ouse. There’s one time where I’m being bullied by a salesgirl and because he wanted to safe his face he pretended nothing was happened and continue to do business with the salesgirl. I was totally shocked and disappointed in him!! Where is the man which I once can rely to?????? Until today I still can’t find the answer… perhaps he has died….. there’s one way to remind me so that I do not have to depend on him so much to protect me next time someone bully me again. I’ll have to stand for my own now……..

What also worried me is that he do not have this patriotism (in the sense that he will stand up for his own right and for the one he loved just purely because he love the person so much whatever she did he will stood by him that kind of attitude) in him… not that he has a lot of wives…. Only one wife he also failed to protect..??!! haihhhhh…. I wonder how my child will grow up to be??? One thing for certain I DON’T WANT THEM TO BE LIKE THEIR COWARDLY FATHER OR LIKE HIS IGNORANCE PARENTS!!!!

First Time

What the First Time May Be Like
Having sex for the first time can be wonderful, especially for those who are emotionally ready and protected against disease and unwanted pregnancy. But for others it may be a little dull, too short or even a little painful. Sex can enhance a caring relationship, but if you do experience problems, it may be an indication that you and your partner may need to take things more slowly or not have sex. Your body may be telling you something.

No Orgasm
Most females and some males do not experience an orgasm the first time having sex. This may be in part due to the inexperience of you and/or your partner in the ways of touching and
pleasing, nervousness, or worry about the relationship or about possible consequences, such as pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and your relationship with family. Don't be afraid to go back a step and not have sex. Think about ways to enhance your relationship without sex first. As mentioned above, your mind has a great deal to do with how you feel. Get to know each other more and discuss your feelings about having sex. Learn what you each like as far as touching and get to know your bodies. If not having an orgasm becomes a problem for you or your partner, talk with an adult and/or your doctor. If you are a minor and would prefer not to share this concern with your parents, ask your doctor to keep your discussion confidential before going into detail.

Cuming Too Soon
Ejaculating (cuming) too soon the first time is a common complaint or fear for guys. Don't worry about it! If it happens to you or your partner, know that it doesn't mean this is how it will always be. Nervousness for some guys can make them lose their erection or not have an orgasm, and for others, it can cause them to lose control in the excitement and cum too early or fast. Don't be afraid to go back a step and not have sex. Think about ways to enhance your relationship without sex first. This will help remove the pressure you may feel. There are many other things you can do to increase intimacy first and to get more comfortable with each other. This will be vital if you feel you or your partner is cuming too soon. It helps for partners to work with each other, discussing feelings and building confidence and trust. Also, talk with an adult and/or your doctor. If you are a minor and would prefer not to share this concern with your parents, ask your doctor to keep your discussion confidential before going into detail.

Losing the Erection
Having difficulty keeping an erection or reaching orgasm for males is not uncommon. Nervousness and pressure to perform can easily make a guy lose his confidence or the mood. Don't be afraid to go back a step and not have sex. Think about ways to enhance your relationship without sex first. The more pressure a guy feels to perform, the higher the chance he will either lose his erection or ejaculate faster than he'd like to. The key is to take away the pressure of sex and involve each other in other activities, such as massage and touching. Don't try remedies such as cockrings or penis lotions without consulting a doctor first. These solutions cause damage if not used properly. If losing an erection becomes a problem for you or your partner, talk with an adult and/or your doctor. If you are a minor and would prefer not to share this concern with your parents, ask your doctor to keep your discussion confidential before going into detail.

Painful Vaginal Sex
Many of us hear that sex for the first time can be painful, especially for a female. But painful sex doesn't have to be the case at any time. The sections below discuss some ways that sex can be painful or uncomfortable, and what you can do about it. If you are still finding sex painful, consider talking to an adult or your doctor. Your doctor will have a better understanding of your body and can give you helpful advice. If you are a minor and would prefer not to share this concern with your parents, ask your doctor to keep your discussion confidential before going into detail.

Burning Sensations During Sex -- Not Enough Lubrication
A female's body produces lubrication that feels much like saliva when she becomes sexually excited. This helps to reduce the chafing and burning sensations caused by friction, and allows easy movement in the vagina. The woman's body usually takes eight minutes to produce this lubrication after she begins to become sexually excited. If you are having penile-to-vaginal sex, this can be frustrating for partners, as it takes far less time for a male to get an erection.

Even if a female is very excited, she may not produce as much lubrication as needed to avoid chafing, especially if she is nervous or worried. Physical changes can also result in too little lubrication. Some women feel less lubricated when taking a particular brand of birth control pill, after using a tampon, at certain times of the month, etc. If you and your partner are experiencing chafing or pain, don't be afraid to go back a step and not have sex.

Think about ways to enhance your relationship without sex first. It is not uncommon for the person experiencing pain to be fearful of the next encounter and thus adding another worry to the list. Build comfort and confidence first and focus on other forms of pleasing and enhancing the relationship. You can also buy an artificial lubricant to help reduce chafing. Purchase a water-based lubricant, as it's easier on the female's body than oil-based lubricants such as Vaseline, baby oil or massage oil. Using a water-based lubricant is especially important if you are using latex condoms, as oil-based lubricants can damage the condom.

There are many brands of water-based lubricant, such as ID, Wet, Astroglide and KY Jelly. Water-based lubricants can also help a female to insert a tampon into a dry vagina during her period. If you still find you are having discomfort, talk to a doctor. If you are a minor and would prefer not to share this concern with your parents, ask your doctor to keep your discussion confidential before going into detail.

Crampy/Uncomfortable Sensation During Sex - Hitting the Cervix
When the female becomes excited, her vagina produces lubrication, the back of the vagina extends and her cervix (the tip of the uterus) pulls up. When she is relaxed, her cervix dips into the vagina. It takes time for the female to become fully excited and aroused; if she isn't fully excited her cervix may not pull up even though she has produced lubrication. In certain positions during sex, the penis may hit the cervix if it has not pulled up, causing an achy, crampy feeling that may linger after sex. If you or your partner is experiencing this, don't be afraid to go back a step and not have sex. Think about delaying sex until you are more comfortable with each other. Try other ways to please each other first and enhance the relationship. If partners are still experiencing this problem, try a different position. You can also talk with an adult or physician. If you are a minor and would prefer not to share this concern with your parents, ask your doctor to keep your discussion confidential before going into detail.

Feeling the Vagina is Too Tight or Painful Attempts at Penetration
If a female is nervous, not ready for sex or fearful of sex, her vagina might cramp up or go into spasms, making it feel clenched and difficult for the penis to enter. If this happens, stop and slow down - it may be a sign that this is not the right time for sex. Don't be afraid to go back a step and not have sex. Talk to your partner about other forms of pleasure and feeling intimate and becoming more comfortable with your body and that of your partner's. Think about alternatives to sex that will increase intimacy, trust and get to each other's likes and dislikes with touching as well as your own body. Take it slowly, be patient and talk openly. Also consider talking to an adult or doctor. If you are a minor and do not want to share this concern with your parents, ask your doctor to keep your discussion confidential before going into detail.

Painful Anal Sex
Penis-to-anus sex can be painful, especially if there is not enough lubrication. It can also cause damage to the colon (the lower part of the intestine) if you and your partner are not cautious. The colon is covered by a thin membranous tissue, which has many blood vessels and can tear easily. If you choose to have anal sex, you need to ensure you are using ample lubrication to avoid tearing of the colon and possible damage. Reapply lubrication, as it will get absorbed by the body over time.

If you are using a latex condom or glove, use water-based lubricants such as Wet, KY Jelly, ID or Astroglide, as oil-based lubricants can damage latex. Also check in with your partner to see how he or she is feeling and take it slowly, especially at first. If you or your partner are experiencing painful sex, Don't be afraid to go back a step and not have sex. Think about ways to enhance your relationship without sex first. You can also talk about your experiences with an adult and/or your doctor. If you are a minor and do not want your parents to know, ask your doctor to keep your discussion confidential before going into detail.

After My Trip to Thailand

Me & my keke really had fun while we were in Bangkok! however, I must say the weather there are crazy HOT, hot, hot, and we have to endure the hot sun while visiting some of the prominent places in Bangkok. We sweat like nobody business.... Anyway, the food there undoubtly good and the people there are all very friendly especially those who knows how to speak English. Shopping malls are HUGE and there are quite a number of shopping malls cater to all kinds of needs. I have to say I enjoy the shopping mall there and the street food are simply delicious than the restaurant ones.

The price in the shopping mall are a little priecy than in Malaysia!!! But there, you got variety of choices not like in Malaysia some vendors just bring in a few designs :( Thai girls those who are Chinese are well groomed but generally the Thais are no different than the Malay in our country (their look).

I'm suprise that I didn't buy any souvenir from Thailand but I did bought a Nike Shoe made in Thailand.. heheh... this ones a bit cheaper with discounts somemore.. ;)

That night where we were going for Rain's Concert actually raining after his concert... all the people are drenched including me & keke... and we were so hungry. I guess all our body fat were burnt during the concert... hehe... Rain was awsome!! He's cute with his small little eyes... he managed to pull off the concert so well... This is by far the best concert I've ever been to! :)

Thanks keke for this lovely present! I love u always...
