I guess you are already used to my long silence...

Hi there! I'm around somewhere... alive & kicking! :) Most of the time I was busy with my 20 months old (now) baby & my other not so busy time (sometimes), I tired to find some "me" time. But it seems like it was not so successful... MOSTLY, I was up with something. (>_____<)

Recently, for example, my hubby was away for almost 20 days on a business trip to Europe!!! This was the first time we've been apart for so long... it was also the first time for JJ to be apart with his dad for so long! At first, I could only imagine HELL!!! But then again, I feel that it was also a good time for me to bond with my JJ since his daddy was not around. We could spend some quality time together... no quarreling nor talking nonsense! (Yep, when my hubby was around all these happens quite often because of his idiotic behaviour).

It was pure bliss these 20 days (apart from the week that he's sick)! I still feel like kicking the *MF* who brought the sick child to the classroom on that day! (@____@)

Apart from that, JJ was quiet a good boy & he's so much fun to be around with... :) Can't stop laughing with him when we're together! Although, my shoulder is about to fall off my body, every time I went to bed, I'm happy to see JJ sound asleep in his bed.

Love you, my dear son. Mummy wish that you'll grow up to be a fine young man and a healthy man! Muaks!

My oh my... time do flies! Baby J has grown so much... It feels like just yesterday we bought baby J home from the hospital after my delivery. He has now becoming more mobile & more active & keep wanting to explore new things! :D Some of the things which he used to use were no longer fit anymore.

Toodler Tanturms

It was wonderful watching baby J growing up learning lot of things surrounding him..... but lately he has been displaying some wild & nasty behaviour.... :S

***According to some source, they say at 13 months baby start to show some tantrums... Is this what they meant???***

1. he likes to throw things on the floor even when you tell him "NO!" (since he was about 8-9 months old)

2. he can make himself vomit (or fake a vomit) whenever we are feeding him (recently)... last time whenever we say this is the last one, he will make an effort to swallow the food we fed to him but now he will push the food out from his mouth when you fed to him :S

3. he can fake his cough or sneeze to get attention... and yes, sometimes he will fake a cry (recently)

4. Last time when you asked him something, he will response to you immediately but now... he will avoid your questions and pretend he didn't hear it and continue his play (recently)

5. when we put him in his bath tub and asked him to sit, he will do it immediately but now since he can stand he will stand as long as he wants in the tub (recently)

I didn't prepare for this at his tender age but I guess this is really unexpected to have to discipline him so early at his age. Not sure if he would understand it either.... I'm really worried that this will made him a bad or rebellious boy in the future *???*.... ~__~'''

His hopeless & illiterate daddy did not show him any good values in life and always teaching him things that he shouldn't know. Thus, he learn all those rubbish behaviour from him in a blink of an eye! @_@ It's true what they say, it's easier to learn bad behaviour than good ones... It takes him forever to learn one thing good but bad behaviour in a sec he will master it!!

J 1st Birthday Bash

Sorry for the long silence.... It feels good to be back! And no, I did not go for a vacation... Not even a short trip. Let me update you what I've been busy doing for the past few weeks... I was busy planning for J's 1st birthday party!! :D Thank goodness it was all over now. I'm just glad that things are back to normal again! :D

I have to say I'm not a good planner especially for party!!!! That's why I urge my hubby to get a event planner for me and it turns out it was even WORST! Who says that event planner suppose to give you more space to relax and they are more professional in planning and/or setting up the event??? I wonder.... It's not the case for me.... :(

I guess, after this I don't think I would hire an event planner for any of the party that I do. It was a pain!!! Or should I say SHE was a pain!!! There are reasons why I say so....

1. she is a beginner... and she told me that she is a professional (??) *my ass* My event don't even look "jaw dropping" when I see it... it was just "Oh OK" all the balloons were up... nothing special! You and I can do it even better than her!

2. She mess up my party invitations with the printing lady... >___< I end up paying more and didn't get the things that I wanted... i.e. the pinwheels & e-invitation

3. The dessert table set-up was lousy! I have to re-arrange the goodie bags & cupcakes on the table to look presentable... what was she thinking???! Or she didn't use her brain but mostly the mouth... I just can hear her talking all the times!!!

FYI, I was planning this 2 months early and had hired a planner but still disaster happened!!! What can I say?! As the saying goes, "you can only plan but GOD is the one who decide what is going to happen with you!" This is SO true!!!! I have to admit for the 2nd time!! >___< ''

Overall, I think the most successful of all my planning was the cake & balloon... Yeah, even she is late to deliver the cake to the event at least her cake is worth my money & the balloons ppl didn't mess up the timing... Hubby managed to collect the balloons early. And if not because of the LIPAS, I think the 3rd most successful would be the restaurant services.

Let's just hope the photos turn out good as I haven't seen it yet until now..... keeping my fingers crossed on this!!! And am still waiting patiently to hear from my photographer.
