Gardening

On Tuesday, my keke and I have been doing a bit of gardening at our lawn. We've been clearing some of the long coarse grass which have been growing in our garden like mushroom. We've also chopped down some of the branches of the x'ma tree in front of our house. The "bloody-irresponsible-Indian-moron" neighbour have been dumbing all sort of rubbish around the poor x'mas tree and they have not been taking good care of the tree. Well, I've never seen them taking good care of the tree ever since I moved in 2 yrs ago?!!

When I was claring all the branches, I found all sort of rubbish being dumbed over there!! One side of a student sock, broom head, branches from the plant inside the "moron-Indian neighbour" house, tissues, leaves from their house, clothes, uncleaned potteries, etc.. This tree is suppose to be shared and no body should dumb anything there! Well at least if u don't want to take care of it, you don't try to destroy the nature by dumbing all sort of rubbish there..! It is not you house dustbin!!! I felt sorry for the plant that they been mistreated by such less educated fella & irresponsible hog!

Anyway, all in all, I'm satisfied and happy with our hardwork at our garden (I always love a neat and tidy garden). Keke has been doing a lot as well... clearing the drain so that it has a smooth flow and removing all the branches away to be disposed. Me on the other hand, has been having small bruises & scars here and there on my hand... I hurt my little finger thou :'( But I felt satisfied with our hardwork.

Our garden looks more pleasant now and it has also give us a clearer view from the inside as we can see the "moron-big-fat-hog Indian neighbour" are trying to do at our back when we are not watching our home. Now they became very conscious as there's no more blockage and their every behaviour will be monitored through our window from now on. I won't forgive those who come and disturb my peace. I'll give it back to them whatever they have done to my property! I'll pay it back to them double no matterwhat. This I promise u!

Communication and Teamwork Can Help Prevent Feelings of Resentment In A Loving Relationship

Feelings of resentment are easy to overcome, as long as each person is willing to participate in conversation to extinguish these feelings. It is never too late for dialogue with anyone, especially your loved ones, and, most importantly, your partner.

In many cases, couples would benefit from the assistance of a therapist or counselor, to help them get their relationships back on track. It is much easier to repair what was once a loving relationship than to start over: trust me, I have been there before, myself. I recognize today that life is not a scoreboard.

A loving relationship is a combined team effort between two individuals. Loving relationships are not built on careers, business, family heritage, dollars and cents, resentment, or fear. They are built from teamwork: each person contributing and doing his or her best. Practice The Art of Loving daily with love, trust, and respect for one another and enjoy your journey in rising love together.

First Yoga Session

Today we went to the gym at 7-ish p.m. Keke and I did a few of the exercise using the machine - i.e. the trade mill, bicycle, for legs and etc. I felt quite good after exercise. Sweat a bit and also tone my muscle a bit. Tomorrow we will be trying Hot Yoga.

Looking fwd to it! =)
