Happy Anniversarry

Yup, it has been 4 years since we registered (officially) for our marriage. I still remember it was in the month of August, year 2004. In these 4 years, we have have gone through a lot of ups and downs together and it has teach us a lot of things in life espeacially as husband and wife and it has made us more mature ever since as an adult.
Lately, for the past few months, we visited a Chinese Medicine doctor and been confronted with a sad and scary news about our future... Here, I just pray that my hubby will stay strong and healthy always... for he is always busy with his work and busy travel schedule.
Below, I found this very special prayer to share with my hubby...
Please grant that I and my spouse may
have a true and understanding
love for each other.
Grant that we may
both be filled with faith and trust.
Give us the grace to
live with each other in
peace and harmony.
May we always
bear with one another's
weaknesses and grow from
each other's strengths.
Help us to forgive one another's
failings and grant us patience, kindness,
cheerfulness and the spirit of placing the
well-beingof one another ahead of self.
May the love that brought us together
grow and mature with each passing year.
Bring us both ever closer to You
through our love for each other.
Let our love grow to perfection.
In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Oh La La
Have you ever wonder what would happened if the man that you married doesn't look the same anymore?? The face that you see (when you first met) everyday not only grew bigger and bigger like a balloon but the other body parts also expanding like nobody business !! I do have the experience. The fact that the look of the man that I first fall in love has changed, also made me to change my feelings for him litterally..... I do not adore him as much now... because of his fat balloon face and all the other parts of his body also getting fat, heavier and well "not-nice-to-look-at"!!
Not that I hope to see exactly what he is like 10 years ago but I do not hope to see the changes so drmatically changes the whole person outlook! hhmmm........ how does this man turn me on?? As for me, I do have a lot of changes but all in all it does not really made me heavier or bigger in size????? Honey, you really need to think of your weight problem...... !!! Over-weight people have a lot of sickness.... and they don't enjoy life much!

My Dear Hubby
Today's topic I would like to talk about my husband(!!). Yes, the one who are easily sweat even in air-con room with his oily-holes face, semi-bold (ask his father and you will know), always stained the shirts no matter on what occassion and his overweight issues. I hv no means of teasing him nor humuliate him in public like this but this the fact! And had ENOUGH!
In my life, I hv always strive to improve myself to a better person either physically or mentally. I find that this kind of self-improvement strength/spirit has to come from within yourself that you want to be better (no to show off to other but as your self advancement) and also how others especially those who are dear to you be it family or friends or our society affected you. I do not meant that you should achieve 100% in order to be the SUPERB or the 101% EXCELLENT person but if you just could be better 1% than your worse yesterday I mean you have make a good progress of becoming who you want to be in your life. It's possible. As you all have heard of this cliche - "sikit-sikit lama-lama jadi bukit" / there's no pain without GAIN!
As a wife, I always try my best to make a comfortable "home" for my husband but to him all my effort is worthless. Not only he does not appreciate it, he will try to make the house in a mess... I guess this is what we call "wild-life" family decendant. If you go to his parents' house you will understood what I mean. His "bull-shitting-father" (as he always like to talk rubbish and say the word bull-SHIT) especially, has been a very bad parenting example to the children and this really worried me that he might be just like his father.
How to sum up his father was just very simple as he always care nothing and do nothing for the family - you will directly link him to USELESS parasite (!) and always complaint even there's nothing to complaint about!?! Everyday what he does during weekend is to hide himself in the room or where the computer is and search for cyber-sex! He even took the liberty to print it on paper to show to his children (one small pic per paper this is why global warming is increasing and they blame it to the young generations). And I remember once we have a coursework to do and we need printing he asked us not to print too much so that we will not waste his ink. Bloody hell, is his prono more important than his son's homework???
Cut the long story short - what I want to see in my husband is a loving and caring husband, who listens to his wife! That's all I asked for! Is that too much????? When I see other couples esp the husband who adores his wife and listen to her every words she told him, I really feel that, that's the man I'm looking for!
1. when I asked my husband not to eat meat be it chicken/beef/pork, he won't listen and each day he is getting fatter and unhealthy because of his lifestyle - work, stress and diet!
2. when i asked him to help out around the house, he will do it but skip certain part of the cleaning and said he has done everything!
3. when i asked him to sleep early so that he can rest more, he will say "I have work to rush off by today" and started doing it by checking emails, browsing news on the internet, look at malaysiakini, chit-chatting with some frens who just say hello etc etc... when he finished it's already midnight which means the next day... so what's the difference if he sent it tomorrow?
4. when i asked him to do some exercise in the morning, he will say "yes! i will do it every morning" and when morning comes, he is still sleeping and when i woke up he is still sleeping like a pig.... then he will say, u shd wake me marrr... yeah rite! later he will say i got not enough sleep lar because of me! disturbing his sleep!? no energy through out the day lar, here pain there pain lar, not feeling well lar... etc etc.. all this is because every nite this busy-little bee has been searching for prono in the internet till very late! >< @*&%!!
5. i do sometimes allow him to eat some meat e.g. chicken / duck, and he do got the chance he will gallop the whop chicken. e.g. if he is eating the drumstick, he will gallop the skin and the meat together... if the bone can eat also i think he will swollow it! **headache** as i talk abt it.... then when i asked him "ehh?? where's the chicken skin, he will say his drumstick got no skin on it. :S I nearly boiled to the top! ><
6. then when i asked him to just eat vege and fish, he will make sweet promises saying, OK! darling I will eat vege and fish from today onwards!.. then when at restaurant, when I ordered just one more veges, he will say "HUH... all vege for today arr?? order some braise pork or roast duck larr..." ><>vege all his life...!???
All excuses!!! that i hv to dealt with him. That's why I said it is not easy to be a good wife! he will say i never satisfy and always complaint. hhmmpp... no word to say liao... ><

6 ingredients for a green, clean home
Sure, it’s great to find that one magical product that solves a very specific household problem. (The Gonzo Pet Hair Lifter a multiple-cat-owning friend received as a Christmas gift truly has no equal.) But the truth is, you need little more than the following six ingredients—baking soda, borax, lemon juice, salt, olive oil and white vinegar—to clean just about anything in your home (pet hair excluded).
Here are just a few of the many uses for these, well, magical multi-taskers:

1. Baking soda: Acts as a scrub to remove hard water stains; polishes metal; deodorizes pretty much anything it touches (try stashing some in the fridge).
2. Borax: Mixed with three parts water, it makes a paste for cleaning carpet stains; mixed with ¼ part lemon juice, it cleans stainless steel and porcelain. (Note: although borax is a natural substance, you still shouldn’t eat it—and neither should your kids or pets.)
3. Lemon: Deodorizes and cuts grease on counter tops; rubbed on cutting boards, it bleaches stains and disinfects; combined with baking soda, it removes stains from plastic food storage containers.
4. Salt: Another natural scrubber—sprinkle it on cookware or oven surfaces, then rub; add citrus juice to turn it into an effective rust remover.
5. White vinegar: Deodorizes and disinfects; combine with water (and a little liquid soap—I know, it feels like cheating) to clean windows, mirrors, and floors; use at full strength in a spray bottle to fight mold and mildew.
6. Olive Oil: Mix two parts oil with one part lemon juice and use as a natural wood polish. (Save the really good stuff for dinner.)One added bonus of using natural cleaners: as part of your spring cleaning regimen, you can now clear out all those bottles of specialized (and possibly toxic) potions.
For more tips on rounding out your eco-friendly cleaning closet, see Christina Strutt’s cleaning-pantry-checklist from her new book, A Guide To Green Housekeeping; for a video demonstration of how to mix up some natural cleaning solutions with these ingredients, watch this clip from Decor It Yourself. What are your best natural cleaning techniques?
